AdsInBar (“we”, “us”) is operated by CJ Studios. Contact: support@adsinbar.com.

Depending on how you use AdsInBar, we may collect:

• Account email and sign-in identifiers needed to create and recover your account.
• Mac awake, unlocked, and ad-visible status, plus recent activity needed to know whether a menu-bar ad was shown for a full qualifying minute.
• Ad impressions and whether you clicked an ad. We do not track what you did after leaving AdsInBar.
• Campaign, spend, and performance data if you advertise (impressions, clicks, targeting such as country, creative metadata).
• Payout details you provide so we can send earnings (for example Stripe Connect account information). Stripe processes payouts; we do not store full bank account numbers on our servers when Stripe holds them.
• Basic device and app diagnostics needed to keep the Mac app and dashboard working (for example app version and connection status).
• Cookies and similar storage used for authentication and session security on the website.

AdsInBar is built to display ads, not to watch you. We do not collect:

• Screen contents
• Files or documents
• Keystrokes or passwords
• Screenshots
• Browser history, cookies from other sites, or window titles
• The contents of other apps

The Mac app does not request Screen Recording, Accessibility, or Input Monitoring permission.

We use the data above to:

• Operate your account and the dashboard
• Show approved ads and credit impression-based earnings
• Process advertiser campaigns and billing
• Pay you via Stripe when you set up payouts
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid traffic
• Respond to support requests

Payouts and advertiser payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the information required to verify identity (where required), move money, and meet financial regulations. Their handling of that data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect sessions, and remember essential preferences. We do not use advertising trackers on the marketing site beyond what is required to run the product.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate AdsInBar (for example hosting, authentication, and Stripe), or when required by law.

We keep account, earnings, and campaign records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax, payout, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can ask us to update or delete account data by emailing support, subject to records we must retain.
